Chief Executive Officer

Having resided in China for the past 9 years and established Link China in 2003, we have gained extensive working knowledge of China and the Chinese business environment, establishing a network of clients and relations throughout all major industries here in China

Link China is uniquely poised to provide up to date professional advice to those individuals and companies that are planning on, or are already conducting business in China.

We also work closely with Austrade, United States Consulates in China and various business groups and associations and work closely with Chinese Government Departments to provide a quality service to clients.

Helen Ke
General Manager

Helen Ke has been with Link China from the outset and has established Link China as a leading company within the Education Industry in China. Helen has established a vast client base within the Education Industry in China numbering in excess of 3000 education institutions and companies throughout China.

Helen also works closely with education institutions in United States of America, Australia, Canada and England introducing education products and curriculums to China whilst at the same time establishing cooperative relations between institutions abroad and those in China

Helen Ke also works closely with major real estate and Chinese construction companies so as to provide specific industry knowledge to Link China clients.

Michael O’Brien
Chief Operations Officer

Michael brings an extensive educational, entrepreneurial, and business background to Link along with 12yrs living in China and more than 20yrs in Asia.

Specializing in business development, Michael has an unusual skill set and an uncommon understanding of the cultural and business environment in China.

Over the course of a broad and varied career, including being involved with Link since 2004, he has built a significant network of relationships with Government, business, industry, and education leaders in America, China, and several other countries.

Having established and Chaired an international foundation (1998), he has also learned some about how to give back to the community (CSR) and how to move toward?Breaking Barriers & Building Bridges, which also fits nicely with Link’s stated purpose of being “The Bridge?between China and the rest of the world.

Michael has been the primary motivator/facilitator in a number of “firsts?for Wuhan and the Central China region.

He brought the first ever team of 25 doctors and nurses from the U.S. to Wuhan to conduct heart surgeries (very complex pathologies) on 50 of the most impoverished children and orphans from eight different provinces in China; arranged the first cornea transplant ever done in Wuhan;

organized the first ever charity golf tournament in Wuhan; Amongst some of Michael’s projects, he has brought the first ever large group (largest in the U.S.) of angel investors from Silicon Valley to consider some of the vast number of start-ups in Wuhan’s East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, along with many other civic efforts.

Philip Winters

Link China has established a strategic cooperative partnership with Winters Law Firm so as to manage some of Link’s business interests in Australia, ranging from Education programs, business development between South Australia and China, and establish strategic partnership agreements with various Australian Government and Business groups and similar groups and Governments in China

Executive Manager

John is the Executive Manager of the General Managers Office and has an extensive working knowledge throughout the HRM and Education industries in China.

In enacting our clients strategic plans for China John ensures that a professional approach and optimization of client goals and objectives is at the forefront of any decision.
