Application Procedures for registering a
Joint Venture in China

A brief step by step guide
• Approve your new company’s name
• Obtain an approval letter issued by Development and Reform Commission
• Obtain a Certificate of Approval issued by Commerce Bureau
• Obtain a Company Code Certificate (Both original and duplicate) issued by Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau
• Obtain a Business License (Both original and duplicate) issued by Administration for Industry and Commerce
• Registration with Public Security Bureau
• Taxation Certificate issued by both State and Local Taxation Bureau (Both original and duplicate)；
• Certificate of Foreign Exchange issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange
• Establish company bank accounts
• Registration with Finance Bureau
• Registration with Statistics Bureau
